What it is simply is the act of throwing a disc towards and into a basket from a designated Tee area in as few throws as possible. Overall, most rules of Ball golf correlate directly over to Disc golf. So, there you go!
Some of the best Disc Golfers in the world are still in High School. As the sport grows the youth movement is unbelievable and very exciting for the future of Disc Golf around the world.
Every Disc Golfer in the Pacific Northwest and beyond has a unique story about what Disc Golf means to them and how it has impacted their life. The diversities of Player backgrounds, stories of found inner strength, of rebirth from the past and improvement in the quality of life abound. Again, this diversity of Disc Golfers and benefits is what makes Disc Golf so special to so many.

Wherever you play Disc Golf in Colorado, New Mexico, Georgia, Washington, Minnesota, Oregon anywhere in the WORLD you will see all types of people enjoying the game. Athletic People, non-Athletic People, Big People, Little People, Young People, Older folks into their 80’s and beyond.
